1. Make sure you are eligible to use the eLearning system. If you have been given a user name and password you are eligible to use the system.
2. You should have an honest intention of completing all learning activities. Ongoing learning will assist you to have the knowledge and skills to provide safe, quality care or services to older people.
3. The learning activities are subject to copyright and other intellectual property laws. You must not copy, download or print any material from the learning activities or distribute or broadcast any such material. You must not take extracts from the course and/or pretend that those extracts are your own work.
4. You agree that any communications when using the learning site will be polite and relevant; not indecent, offensive, fraudulent, defamatory, illegal or knowingly untrue. You agree that you will not disclose or communicate confidential information except where you are specifically authorised to do so.
5. When completing learning activities, you agree that you will give truthful answers to any questions or tests and that you will conduct yourself honestly and, without limitation, will not have another person complete the learning activity for you.
6. In order to operate, we rely on several pieces of information about you. Such information may include details such as your name and email address. You will only be contacted for the purpose of communicating about your learning or to conduct surveys from time to time for quality improvement. Your contact details (including email address) will not be made available to any third parties
7. You agree that Aged Care Learning Solutions may keep records of what learning activities/courses you have begun, your progress and achievements, results obtained and any other information which relates to your learning activity. Aged Care Learning Solutions would only provide statistics about your usage of the system to relevant third parties.
8. You should only rely on learning activity/module material for the purpose and in the context in which it is provided and take into account any instructions from authorised Aged Care Learning Solutions personnel. Your organisation's policies and procedures and or relevant government legislation or regulations must be followed and complied with at all times.
9. You agree that Aged Care Learning Solutions is not liable for any loss, liability, cost, expense or damage (including without limitation legal fees) whether arising directly or indirectly, in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, that you or anyone associated with you suffers as a result of your use of this eLearning system
10. Aged Care Learning Solutions does not guarantee that the System will be free from viruses or that access to the System will be uninterrupted or that the Software which underlies the System will be error free. Aged Care Learning Solutions has no liability for any damage caused to any computer system or data as a result of your use of the System.

You agree, subject to Aged Care Learning Solutions obligations under privacy legislation that Aged Care Learning Solutions may only disclose personal information to any person or other organisation for the purpose of providing this service to you. Aged Care Learning Solutions will abide by the national privacy policies in respect to all data and information collected.

All personal information recorded by the Learning Management System can be accessed by the learners at any time and edited by them on-line. Data is stored in a secure and confidential manner and all data is regularly and routinely backed up.

The sharing of information between parties is only given with the permission and consent of the parties involved and follows the Aged Care Learning Solutions Privacy and Confidentiality principles.

Aged Care Learning Solutions will provide broad data and information for research, peak bodies, government bodies, marketing and training. Individual data cannot be identified
